What happens after I purchase an online consultation?

Within 48 hours of payment, our interior designer will contact you via the email you provided to arrange an online meeting through Google Meet.

What if my consultation needs aren’t listed?

No problem — simply email us at support@myinteriordesigners.com.au
and we’ll do our best to create a tailored consultation just for you.

Why can’t I purchase a Full Comprehensive Interior Design Service directly on your website?

We want to ensure we’re the right fit before starting a large-scale project. For
any comprehensive design work, please book a Comprehensive Interior Design Consultation first. After the session, we’ll prepare a detailed fee and project proposal.

How long will my design take?

Turnaround time depends on the size and scope of your project. We aim to deliver designs 1–2 weeks after your initial consultation. Larger projects or revisions may take longer up to 4-6 weeks, but we always aim to complete them as efficiently as possible so you have plenty of time to make decisions and engage the right builder.

Can you work with my builder?

Absolutely. If you already have a builder, we can integrate our design process with their work to ensure a smooth collaboration.

What does “per house” mean?

A design package covers a house up to 250 square metres with:

  • 3 bedrooms
  • 2 bathrooms (including ensuite)
  • 1 living room
  • 1 kitchen
  • 1 laundry

If your house has additional rooms or exceeds this size, extra costs will apply. For larger homes, we recommend booking a consultation first so we can provide an accurate fee proposal or email us at support@myinteriordesigners.com.au
