(c)                credit-checking agencies for credit control purposes (where applicable);

(d)               service providers and third parties who assist us in providing our services, including:

(b)               where GDPR applies, notifying the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay and, where required, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and notifying affected individuals where there is a high risk to their rights and freedoms.

10                HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In general:

·       customer and transaction data is retained for the duration of the relationship and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with legal and tax obligations;

·       marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;

·       enquiry and correspondence data is retained for up to 12–24 months from the date of last contact.

We may retain personal data for longer where required or permitted by law.

We will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

11                TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (‘EEA’)

To provide our services, we may transfer the personal data we collect to countries outside the EEA, including Australia and the United States.
