Does your full design service include project management?

No — our full design service covers the complete design: concept, space planning, finishes, and a detailed furniture and product specification with real Australian product links. The ordering, trade coordination, and installation are yours to manage, which is what keeps the service flexible and affordable. You won't be left guessing — you'll have a clear, detailed plan and everything you need to bring it to life at your own pace.

Can you work with my builder or tradesperson?

Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with your builder, trades, or contractors to ensure your design comes to life smoothly.

Can I meet you in person?

We’re a 100% online-based company, which means we can work with clients anywhere in Australia. All consultations and design deliveries are done virtually — making it convenient, flexible, and accessible no matter where you live.

How do I book an online consultation?

Simply purchase your preferred consultation package from our website. Within 48 hours, we’ll contact you via the email you provided to schedule your Google Meet session.

What happens after I purchase a Design-to-Go pack?

You’ll receive a digital download with your design guide — moodboards, layouts, product lists, and styling notes — all ready to implement straight away.

How long will it take to receive my design?

Turnaround time is typically 1–2 weeks after your consultation for smaller project, 4-6 weeks for bigger projects. For pre-made Design-to-Go packs, you’ll get instant access.

How do I pay for your services?

We accept secure online payments via credit card and PayPal. All prices are listed in AUD.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don’t offer refunds. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out — we want to make it right. You can view our refund policy here.

Can I request changes to my design?

Yes. Each Design-on-Demand service includes at least one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be added for a small fee.

Can you source furniture from my favourite stores or specific brands?

Yes, we can incorporate your preferred retailers/brands into the design, provided they’re available in your region.
